Echo Wadi Privacy Policy

Echo Wadi is a listening game by Exricel Studios, previously called Echo Biomes. This single policy covers Echo Biomes 2.0.x, Echo Wadi 2.1 and the fully free 2.1.1 update. The version-specific practices below apply only to the version installed on your device.
Which version this policy describes
Versions 2.0.x and 2.1 use Apple transactions and a local access record for trials and lifetime access. Version 2.1.1 does not use either to decide access. Describing 2.1.1 here does not mean the update is already available in every App Store; this policy does not announce a release date.
Data the app collects
The app does not collect personal information, gameplay information or health information from the app. It has no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, social, account or cloud-sync services, and does not sell or share user data.
Microphone and audio
Echo Wadi plays sounds bundled with the app. It does not request microphone permission, record audio or upload audio.
Local app data
The app stores scores, stars, challenge choices, How to Play completion, sound and motion preferences and language choice locally on your iPhone. It does not transmit these to Exricel Studios.
Versions 2.0.x and 2.1 store a verified StoreKit access snapshot on the device, including trial expiration or lifetime status. Version 2.1.1 does not read, update or delete that unused historical record and creates no replacement purchase or entitlement.
Reset game progress in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to Apple’s normal backup and restoration behavior. Neither action changes historical Apple transactions.
App Store purchases
Version 2.1.1 has no in-app purchase, trial activation or Restore flow and does not use StoreKit to decide access. All included games and difficulties are free.
In versions 2.0.x and 2.1, Apple processes trial activation and lifetime purchases. Those versions read Apple-signed transactions on the device to decide access. Apple manages purchase history, payment details and applicable Family Sharing, including after an update to 2.1.1. The developer does not receive payment-card details or transaction data from the app.
Network access and this website
Version 2.1.1 plays bundled games and sounds offline without an online entitlement check. Versions 2.0.x and 2.1 use Apple’s services to load offers, purchase or restore access, and keep the original trial deadline even offline. In all these versions, privacy and support links open this website separately from gameplay. Exricel Studios adds no advertising or analytics tracking to these pages.
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process basic technical and security data, such as IP address, request and routing information, and system configuration, to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Support email
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond and retain it only as reasonably needed for support, security and legal obligations. Please do not send health information, recordings, passwords or other sensitive data.
Children
The game is family-safe but is not directed specifically to children. The app does not knowingly collect information from children or adults.
Medical information
Echo Wadi is an entertainment game, not a hearing test, diagnosis, treatment or medical device. It does not collect health data.
Changes to this policy
November 4, 2026 — Clarified one policy for both the installed trial/purchase versions 2.0.x and 2.1 and the free 2.1.1 update. The 2.1.1 practices apply when that version is installed; this date does not announce its public release. No new data collection is introduced.
October 28, 2026 — Updated the public name from Echo Biomes to Echo Wadi, added translations and clarified trial wording. Data practices did not change in that revision, which retained the August 31, 2026 effective date at that time.
If a future version changes the app’s data practices or online services, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
