Echo Biomes Privacy Policy

Echo Biomes is an audio-first listening game by Exricel Studios. It is designed to work without an account and without sending gameplay data to us.

Data the App Collects

Echo Biomes does not collect personal information, gameplay information, or health information from the app. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, social, account, or cloud sync services, and it does not sell or share user data.

Microphone and Audio

Echo Biomes plays sounds bundled with the app. It does not request microphone permission, record audio, or upload audio.

Local App Data

Echo Biomes stores progress, preferences, and a verified StoreKit access snapshot on your iPhone. This can include scores, stars, selected challenges, How to Play completion, audio options, haptic preference, the Reduce Motion override, trial expiration, and lifetime-unlock status. The app uses this information only to provide its features and does not transmit it to Exricel Studios.

You can reset game progress from Settings. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to normal iOS backup and restoration behavior controlled by Apple and the device owner.

App Store Purchases

The one-time 14-day trial and permanent full-game purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. Echo Biomes reads Apple-signed StoreKit transaction status on the device only to determine access. The developer does not receive payment-card details or transaction data from the app. Family Sharing for the lifetime purchase is managed by Apple; the trial is not Family Shareable.

Network Access and This Website

Verified Echo Biomes access and bundled gameplay can work offline. Product discovery, purchases, and an explicit Restore Purchases request use Apple's App Store services. Privacy and support links open this website in the system browser, which is separate from gameplay. Exricel Studios does not add advertising or analytics tracking to these pages.

This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process basic technical and security data, such as IP address, request and routing information, and system configuration, to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

Support Email

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and retain it only as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal obligations. Please do not send health information, recordings, passwords, or other sensitive data.

Children

Echo Biomes is family-safe but is not directed specifically to children. The app does not knowingly collect information from children or adults.

Medical Information

Echo Biomes is an entertainment game. It is not a hearing test, diagnosis, treatment, or medical device, and it does not collect health data.

Changes

If a future version changes the app's data practices or online services, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
