Echo Biomes Support

Echo Biomes is an audio-first game built around real and stylized natural sounds. Its first biome, Echo Wadi, contains five listening games across dunes and savanna by day and night: Peacock Garden, Whispering Dunes, Serpent Song, Starweaver, and Hidden Chirps.

Sound and Comfortable Volume

Check the current audio output and set a clear, comfortable media volume. Higher volume does not improve scoring. Echo Biomes waits for an explicit Listen or Replay action before playing a judged sound.

Stereo Headphones and Mono Audio

Whispering Dunes and Starweaver require stereo headphones and a completed left/right channel check. If the output changes, return to the channel check before continuing.

Mono Audio combines the left and right channels, so Whispering Dunes and Starweaver are unavailable while it is enabled. Peacock Garden, Serpent Song, and Hidden Chirps remain playable without changing that setting.

Interrupted Sound

A call, alarm, route change, or background event cancels an incomplete judged sound. Return to Echo Wadi and use the next available Listen or Replay action. The interrupted presentation should not count as a scored answer.

How to Play and Progress

Each game's How to Play sheet can be replayed from Settings. Reset game progress removes scores, stars, and saved game selections after confirmation while preserving audio, haptic, and motion preferences.

Free Trial and Lifetime Access

Echo Biomes is free to download. You may deliberately start one free 14-day trial that unlocks all five games. The trial does not renew, does not start automatically, and does not create an automatic charge. A separate one-time purchase unlocks the full game and all future app updates. The lifetime purchase supports Family Sharing; the trial does not.

The Echo Wadi map, Settings, Help, Privacy, Support, access status, and Restore Purchases remain available without paid access. Restore Purchases checks the current Apple Account for a previous verified trial or lifetime purchase. If StoreKit is temporarily unavailable, check the internet connection and App Store sign-in, then use Retry or Restore Purchases. Never send passwords or payment details to support.

Reporting a Problem

Please include the Echo Biomes version and build, iPhone and iOS version, audio output type, affected game, and steps to reproduce. Do not send recordings, health information, passwords, or other sensitive data.

Privacy

Echo Biomes does not use the microphone and stores game progress and verified access state locally. Read the Echo Biomes privacy policy at exricel.com/echo-wadi/privacy/.
