Which version am I using?

Find your version and build in Settings. Echo Biomes 2.0.x, Echo Wadi 2.1 and Echo Wadi 2.1.1 are versions of the same app. Versions 2.0.x and 2.1 use trial or lifetime access; 2.1.1 makes every included game and difficulty free.

This page describes both versions and is not an announcement that 2.1.1 is available in your App Store. If the update is not offered yet, keep the existing app and wait. No release date is promised here. Until you install 2.1.1, the access rules of your installed version still apply.

If you have version 2.1.1: all five games are free

In version 2.1.1, play all five games and every included difficulty without a trial timer, purchase, Restore, subscription, account or online access check. Bundled sounds and games work offline. Stereo headphones and the channel check are still required for Whispering Dunes and Starweaver.

When 2.1.1 is available to you, update the existing app in place to keep your progress, stars, settings and language choice. Do not delete the app. No old unlock purchase is needed to receive the free update; you can wait for it without buying lifetime access. Earlier trial users and lifetime buyers receive the same complete free game.

Include the app version and build shown in Settings, your iPhone model and iOS version, the affected game, your audio output and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment details, recordings or health information. Translated help pages do not promise support replies in every language.

Versions 2.0.x and 2.1: lifetime access and Restore Purchases

Full Game is a separate one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. It includes all five games and future updates to this app. Existing lifetime access remains valid. The lifetime purchase supports Apple Family Sharing; the trial does not. Apple shows the price for your region before you confirm.

Use Restore Purchases on the access screen, also reachable from Settings under Full Game Access. Sign in to the Apple Account that acquired access. Restore restores eligible access, not local scores or a new trial. If products or access cannot be verified, check your internet connection and App Store sign-in, then try Retry or Restore Purchases.

After access is verified, bundled games can work offline while that access remains valid. A trial still expires at its original deadline offline. An internet connection is needed to load offers, make purchases or restore access.

Earlier purchases and refund questions

Past buyers keep full play and local progress when updating. The free update does not issue an automatic refund or determine refund eligibility. For payment or refund questions, use Apple’s Report a Problem service at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles those requests.

Changing language in version 2.1 or 2.1.1

Open Settings → Language. Choose English (US), English (UK), Français, Español (México), العربية or Deutsch. Your choice applies immediately and remains selected after relaunch.

Use device language restores automatic selection: the supported primary device language is used, otherwise English (US). This picker is available in 2.1 and later. The free version has no purchase or microphone-permission screen.

Sound and comfortable volume

Use the first-launch sound check or a game’s listening controls. Check where your iPhone is sending audio and choose a clear, comfortable media volume. Raising the volume does not improve scoring. If sound is missing, check the output route and reconnect your headphones if needed. The app does not need microphone access.

Stereo headphones and Mono Audio

Whispering Dunes and Starweaver require stereo headphones and a completed left/right channel check. Listen to both sides, confirm that they match, and repeat the check after changing the audio output.

Mono Audio combines the two channels, so those two games are unavailable while it is enabled. Peacock Garden, Serpent Song and Hidden Chirps can be played without changing that setting. Physical left and right do not reverse when you choose Arabic.

Calls, interruptions and returning to play

A call, audio-output change or move to the background can interrupt playback. Return to the app, follow its resume or listening controls, and repeat the channel check if requested. An incomplete listening presentation does not count as a scored answer.

How to Play and saved progress

Replay How to Play from Settings or the help control in a game. Progress and preferences are saved on your iPhone; there is no account or cloud progress sync.

Reset Progress asks for confirmation and clears game progress while preserving preferences. Deleting the app can remove local progress. There is no cloud progress sync; Apple’s device backup and restoration behavior is separate. An old purchase cannot restore lost scores.

Privacy and safe listening

The app does not use the microphone or upload gameplay audio. It is a listening game, not a hearing test or medical assessment. Keep the volume comfortable and take breaks when needed. Read the privacy policy linked on this page.
